José is a female name in the Netherlands; collegues in other countries, like Portugal, can also call her by the name Josephine.

José has worked for many years in, among other things, a training institute for metal and electrical engineering, refrigeration technology, petrochemical industry and switched to mental health care and primary care in the ROS Network via a consultancy-agency in healthcare. She has had countless functional names, but all were higher-level support positions such as a management-assistant, manager, project supervisor, coach, office manager and board assistant. For management, teams of officesecretaries, care practitioners, medical directors, board of directors and boards of supervisory directorboards throughout the Netherlands. In addition, she has also run a successful massagepractice in the heart of Nijmegen for almost 6 years on a part-time basis.

n the middle of a merger in 2016 she supported management, director of the board and supervisory board at Proscoop, Zwolle. She was closely involved in the recruitment and selection procedure for appointing of a completely new Supervisory Board in 2018/2019. In times of Covid19, in addition to her work as an assistant, she has also included ICT and facility matters in the package as an extra activity due to the absence of a colleague due to corona. That was easy to do from her self-built house, 30 minutes across the border near Nijmegen in Germany.

In 2022, completely out of her comfort zone and full of positive surprises, she starts working at Novio in Nijmegen. NovioQ is a globally recognized expert in building well-designed enterprise-grade OutSystems applications, including integration, data, logic and front-end separation.

José has entered a completely new (international) industry and works approximately 32 hours as a manager. Her task? Taking care of the entire internal business operations, on which all off her knowledge and skills are very useful.

In addition to her work for NovioQ, José is also available for freelance assignments.
